Refunds
We know that it is not always easy to shop online, and we love happy customers. If you’d like to return a product that you have bought from us, you are free to do so. We only ask that you send the goods back to us within 30 days of the purchase date and make sure they are returned with their original tags and packaging. Here is what you can do to receive a refund.
- Contact us through our the contact form to start your refund process and receive the instructions. Remember to mention your order number.
- Prepare your package. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging. A worn, damaged, or soiled product will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Once we receive the shipment and inspected your item and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.
- We highly recommend that you ship using a tracked shipping to ensure your product reaches us. Otherwise, we are unable to offer a refund.
Lost items
It happens, and we’re here to help. If you have not received your items, you can contact us our contact form with your order number to get information and let us know how we can solve the problem for you.
- First, please verify your delivery address is correct. It that is the problem, you have 45 days to have them shipped to you again. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipment costs in this case. If you do not claim your item within this time limit, we will donate it to a charity of our choice.
- If your items are lost in the mail, we will send you the replacement items free of charge.
Please note that items marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a replacement.
